Off the air for antenna relocation 12/8/08

The antenna is mounted just above the repeater shack on a short
tripod and the antenna is just a 1/4 wave mobile. It has amazing range
for as little as it is. The radio is a Kenwood TM-V71A,
which is designed for easy echolink node integration. I added a much
larger heat sink to allow a higher duty cycle and running it on medium
power, which is about 20-25 watts.

The radio is on 446.500 MHz simplex and the call is ka0zoz-L node # 350195

Creating a FAQ page for how to operate it.

Quick access tutorial: Use your DTMF pad and enter the node # of
the node you wish to reach, release PTT and you should be connected.
Voice commands will follow. To end the connection, press #.
